Okay friend… we need to talk.
You’re not doing anything “wrong”… But you might be doing it so cautiously that your body barely notices.
Here’s the truth no one says out loud:
 πŸ‘‰πŸΌ A drop a week isn’t a routine.
 πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Taking a supplement once and forgetting for 9 days isn’t a protocol.
 πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Diffusing once a month isn’t nervous system support.
We LOVE that you’re being intentional — truly.
But let’s be honest: you can’t expect results from what you’re only kind of doing.
🧠πŸ’₯ Here’s what you might not realize:
Frequency matters.
 Your body responds best to daily inputs — not sporadic spikes. Consistency trains your system, especially when it comes to oils. The more frequent & consistent, the better. 
Location matters.
 Where you apply oils affects how they work. (Spine, feet, chest, wrists, belly — all have purpose.) If you aren’t seeing any results - change up WHERE you are applying in addition to more frequently. Many people notice that if they switch to internal use by putting oils in a capsule or hot tea, they start seeing results when topical application wasn’t doing much. Experiment and find what works for you!
Amount matters.
Using too little because you’re scared to “waste” product often means you’re not getting what you need. You wouldn’t take β…› of your recommended Vitamin C dose and expect results — same with oils. While Young Living oils are much more powerful and potent than those oils you got at TJ Maxx - you have to find a sweet spot and use enough! 
Dilution matters.
Contrary to popular belief, diluting doesn’t make oils weaker — it helps them absorb better and spread further. Don’t skip it, especially with kids!
Timing matters.
Some supplements need to be taken with food, some on an empty stomach, some in the morning, some at night. Don’t worry about this - just read your labels! They always make recommendations for optimal timing. If you are taking a lot of supplements, it might be best to space them out and take some with breakfast, some with lunch, and some in the evening, etc. 
⚠️ If you’ve ever thought:
 → “This oil isn’t working for me…”
 → “I didn’t really notice a difference…”
 → “Maybe I’m just not doing it right…”
 → “It worked once, but then stopped…”
It might not be the product. It might be the approach. And you can fix that!

 Put your oils where you’ll actually use them.
 Set a phone reminder if you need to.
 Start layering consistently.
 And give your body enough time to recognize the support you’re offering.
