πŸ‚ DIY Immune-Boosting Fall Tea Blend
Have you ever made your own tea?? It’s so easy with just a few ingredients, and enhanced with your vitality oils! Make a big batch of this and give as Thanksgiving hostess gifts!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dried ginger
  • 1 tsp dried cinnamon chips
  • 1 tsp dried chamomile
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme (immune support)
  • 1 tsp dried orange peel
  • 1 drop Young Living Lemon Vitality (for extra flavor + digestive support)
  • 1 drop Young Living Thieves Vitality (immune boost)

Instructions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of filtered water.
  2. Add the dried herbs and orange peel to a tea infuser or teapot.
  3. Pour boiling water over herbs and steep 5–7 minutes.
  4. Optional: stir in a drop of Lemon Vitality and Thieves Vitality.
  5. Strain (if needed), sip slowly, and enjoy cozy immunity support!
