
Have you ever made your own tea?? It’s so easy with just a few ingredients, and enhanced with your vitality oils! Make a big batch of this and give as Thanksgiving hostess gifts!
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- 1 tsp dried cinnamon chips
- 1 tsp dried chamomile
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme (immune support)
- 1 tsp dried orange peel
- 1 drop Young Living Lemon Vitality (for extra flavor + digestive support)
- 1 drop Young Living Thieves Vitality (immune boost)
Instructions:
- Boil 2 cups of filtered water.
- Add the dried herbs and orange peel to a tea infuser or teapot.
- Pour boiling water over herbs and steep 5–7 minutes.
- Optional: stir in a drop of Lemon Vitality and Thieves Vitality.
- Strain (if needed), sip slowly, and enjoy cozy immunity support!
